Nyko Intercooler 360 Fans

Hey everyone.

Had my 360 about a year now and today my partner got me a Nyko Intercooler.

I was wondering are they worth using?
Never had a heat problem with 360.

Are these just a cheap gimic that GAME is cranking out or are they useful?

YOU dont need them just make sure your xbox is in a well air ventilated area that is just as good as a intercooler

Easier said then done >.< my partner won't let me have it on desk so it has to go in Entertainment cabinet, Never had a heat problem with it before so I assume it's ok in there.

I know dude next door uses one of these so gonna ask him if I can take a peek at it later and see if there's any burning.

a word of caution-unless you put it on a different power source IT will mess your console up. i use one and i had to put it on an adapter because my power brick got super hot! now it works with no issues at all.I've had my intercooler on for a year now.

Hey.
Just got back from dude across.
he's been using his a year with no probs.
His power brick gets hot sometimes but he's never had a problem with it.

I only use console for 5-6 hours a week tho.
