I want to buy Xbox360-elite.
I would play on LCD monitor (HDMI->DVI cable)

But problem is here. What is the possibilities to connect 5.1 soundsystem only with cinch connectors? (Left front, left back, subwoofer, central...)

Can I connect 5.1 USB headphones (It has special software for PC...)

I don't think your headphones will work.

To connect 5.1 speakers you would have to use the optical audio output. You cannot use your cinch connectors. See if you have an optical input on your speakers, you will then need to modify your AV cable so you can use the HDMI and AV cable at the same time.
