OMG!!! NEED HELP Finished game on 360 not hard drive

i was at a friends house and recovered my gamertag. after a day or two, at home, i played gta 4 and finished it. i tried to sign into xbox live and it wouldnt let me. so when i tried to sign back in after testing the connection it said something how "it had to be...." i dont remember, whatever,. so then i remembered i had to recover my gamertag back! so once i did i noticed my gamerscore was about 200 points lower because i lost about 4 achievements, i freaked!!!

so now im asking if its possible if i could transfer the console memory to my hard drive.

If you were still logged into the same profile on your 360 that accesses Live then it will update eventually.
If you were logged in under another local profile and not your main one (or not logged in at all) then you'll have to play through the game again if you want the points.
There's no other option, really.

Alright, well i do have another question. i just found out that if i play gta 4 under my profile it will say that i finished the game, but i will not have any of the achievements. so is it possible to get the achievements and the gamerscore back?
