Alternate Wireless Network Adapter?
Ok, so i'm just wondering, The wireless network adaptor they want you to get is $100 and it is a usb connection...Right?
My question is, Can you get any usb wireless network adaptor or does it only work with the "official x-box 360" one?

Is there are simple way? No. You need drivers and such for it to work. Your best bet is to get the MS one.

You can use the wireless bridge from the original XBOX, just don't use the software cd that comes with it. You can find it online for around $50, I got mine from overstock dot com and it works great. You can also find them on ebay for about the same price.

I bought two "Linksys 8" wireless controllers on Amazon for about 16.00
each (refurbished) and they have worked great for system link (a 2 360 household), and they work great. 7 channels, etc. Can be set up to work
with my router and computer. just did a search on Amazon.......T
