a lot of places seem to be doing a midnight launch... i think they tend to on each new console launch...have for a lot of the latest consoles anyway me thinks

I think they ship it midnight so they can store them on shelves and open all doors for people in the morning so it's there that day. I only makes sense that way, anyways no store like walmart is open any later than 10. My question is, will the wireless ethernet adapter work on a wired router? If it does, will there be an adapter to connect my xbox for the other side connecting to the router?. I dont know if that's what you guys were talking about but I didn't see thats what you guys were saying.

all the walmarts around me are 24 hr supercenters. thats weird that yalls stores dont stay open past 10pm. its a little off topic, but does anyone know where i can download windows xp media center edition? i dont want to pay for it. if anyone wants to send me the file, my aim screen name is getyrselfabadboy

I hear it's some special software that you install specifically for your comp to work for the 360. But maybe it's windows xp media center..I don't know.

yah its xp media center edition. and theres an update that you have to install for it to work with the 360.
