360 Controller keeps messing up

Well I have a rechargeable battery pack and everything but I don't think that has anything to do with this. Everytime I try to connect and turn my 360 on through my controller, it just blinks (controller) and doesn't do anything until I go to the 360 and do the connection thingy. Can anyone help?

Thats strange. The controller keeps going out of sync everytime you turn it off. I think the controller has a built in battery that holds the information that lets your controller know to sync up with your xbox. Maybe that battery is not working? Or is it some kind of flash memory?

Try syncing the controller and the console up at the exact same time. Also, try turning your console from the front of the console and then turn the controller on after. Will it sync up that way?

Ya I do not know what to tell you. If works sometimes and does not other times. Could be the controller or the signal coming from your 360 is not working properly all the time.

Yea. I don't know. It seemed to not want to do it since I charged it while I was playing a game yesterday. Maybe that just knocked something off sync and its working good now. We'll see how it goes. Thanks for your help though.

charging it and playing it should not have any effect on the remote itself, probably faulty. Do you have another remote to try it on?
