Exclamation Gamer Profile being updated every time the console tuns on
hey guys, was wondering if any of you have had the problem of your gammer profile being deleted every time the console powers up? ever since the 11 august update my console has been doing this... ive searched the internet to the best of my ability and no luck, if anyone can help with this i would be greatly apreciative.

No i've never heard of this happening...thats weird. Do u lose anything else when u shut ur console down? I.E. game saves, dlc..etc?? U got a hard drive for ur console?

everything is lost, saved games, profile, music, dont have any dlc atm and i dont have a hdd in the console, its only been doing it since the latest update...

Try deleting your profile and then recover it.

If that doesnt work then try a license transfer from xbox.com
