Man I just got that error this morning. I have had mine since December though. I shut it off and turned it back on and it worked fine though. Do you think that I should still send it to MS?

put it in the bin, and buy a ps3...what sorry must of took my stupid pill today.
never had an error yet, just when i got married and said yes, duh!!,

just send it back to the shop where you got it from rather that ringing up MS, save you a lot of time m8

exact thig has happened to me aswell i turned on my machine and got a message telling me to ring MS customer support, i switched it off and on again and it seemed ok after. This is my second machine already ( 1st died) and to be honest im not holding out on this one being ok now , My brother is on his 3rd machine.

I had a red ring on my 360, but it was because my video cable wasnt in all the way, check your connections

got the same error again today thats 3 times ive had the error in 24 hrs so i have phoned MS (this is my second 360 so i cant take it back to shop) and they have told me it's a 3-4 day turn around she also told me that because this is the 3rd machine i will get a brand new machine and not a refurb. I hope they are true to thier word esp the time it takes, I cant see this machine making it past a few months if i hold onto it ( because powering it off/on clears the error) so i'd rather get it sorted now.

^^^Thanks for the heads up. I haven't gotten the error again yet but for after reading your post I'm anticipating it. I'm so ready to go to Redmund and make a scene in their offices because this is nonosense. Anyway man, good luck with your 360, I hope their true to their word too.

i spoke to them on the phone again today and the guy at CS told me something completley diffrent and im still awaiting a second email to tell me who's gonna pick it up, with monday being a bank holiday i guess the 3-4 days are out of the window also the guy i spoke to today said it may well be refurbished. Microsoft need to get thier act in order oh well more time lost on my live account
