^ i cant answer your question sorry but now i have a question 
Last night i was playing gears & the 2 top lights on my xbox where flashing back & forth from left to right! nothing happened like, but thats never happened before?  oh & my controller lights where NOT flashing ether! does anyone know what this means, is my xbox really a bomb!

Mine sticks a little now and again as well - nowhere near a minute or anything, just a few seconds. It does get annoying though. I was wondering whether it was caused by a recent update??.......

I think this is just the wireless radio system adjusting its frequency, to counter for any interference. Nothing to worry about, as my controllers and console do it, especially when the controller battery charge drops considerably, i think it is the power adjustment system.
