OMG Most people here seem to still be kids living at home! And you have 50" LCD Tellies!! WTF is going on with the world!
When I was still at home and 16/17 years old I had a shite portable 14" telly, and I was lucky to get that!
Thank your lucky stars you are so spoilt and be good to your parents!
I work my ass off every single day and still couldnt afford a big TV like you lot have!

Heres my setup. The TV is a 27" flat screen. I tried my best to make it look neat and tidy.

it is pictures like that which make me wonder if a hdtv is really worth splashing out on!!!! ok, it might look sharper etc., but is it really worth it?

Well if you still had a 360 I'd say to hook it up to a PC monitor and imagine it bigger but just as clear then make the judgement for yourself.

A HDTV isn't worth it for you. The only system you want is a Revolution and it's been confirmed it won't support HD.

VGA cable. My 20" runs the Xbox at 1280x1024 resolution and looks awesome, but small. I have an 80cm (36"? Not sure) TV and I still prefer to keep the 360 on the monitor.
