Fucking Microsoft
Im really really pissed ive gone w/o my xbox for about 2 weeks now which sucks and i just got my xbox back from them AND ITS NOT FUCKING REPAIRED im getting the same ring of death it left with and the same error all they did was make it shiney again im seriously losing faith and fucking patience in Microsoft

wahhh...
next time keep your receipt and return it where you bought it. only tools get M$ refurbs. the rest of us exchange our consoles where we bought them and walk out with a shiny new packaged 360.

What i dont get though is this looks like an all new console my had a dent near the hd this one doesnt have that and mine also had a few other noticable differences and this one had the sticker on the disc tray like its brand new i think it might be the A/V cord

when you send them into microsoft they dont give you the same system back, most of the time they give someone elses that they repaired.

some places it works...some places it won't work. a store like Wal-Mart you only get a 30 day money back or replace the product policy. after those 30 days, if your X360 breaks down...you're fucked. you gotta return it to MS. and from I've read on these forums, MS aren't very good at repairing the faulty product.

well i got mine from sams club on launch day and exchanged it for a new one in march with no problems whatsoever.

Well i just got off the phone w/ customer support and it seems when they sent it back it was fine and i noticed the A/V cord is loose so thats prolly the problem they thought so to so ill be getting a new A/V cord in 3 days then ill know if i can game with joy or rip on Microsoft via Phone Till i make Bill gates wet himself

Costco offers a lifetime warranty? I never knew that lol Do you have to pay extra or does it already come with it when you purchase the 360?
