Why can't I connect to my buddies?
Hey me and 3 of my buddies all have premium system 360's. Two of them live near me and for some reason we can't connect to eachother. We are all on the same dsl provider because its the only carrier around. We thought that us being so close to eachother was the problem, somethin about the IP addresses goin through the same swith or something like that is what we heard and that they were getting mixed up. Well my other friend just got one and he is 500 miles away and I am haveing the exact same issue with him. Whats the problem?

this happens to me when playing wiht my friend, i don't know wtf is wrong with it

What? You should be using your own modem or router...living close doesn't matter at all. You should do a network check.

I cant connect with my bro bare in mind we live in the same house and we both got are own consoles its got something to do with that were using the same line.

can you see them online in your friends list or is it when your playing all games or certain games ?

yes i can see them in my friends list and i can connect to anybody else i want to except them. we live in a very rural area so we are all goin throught the same switch and somebody told us that it may be because our ip's are very similar so they are getting mixed up or somethin like that. We all live within a mile of eachother.

what game ? is it just one game or is it all games EA games suffer with what you describe

this happends to me only in voice chat...but oon the 360 dashboard i can chat with him,but never can in games
