disk spinning problems

ok so someimes when i play oblivino the disk spins so fast that it comes loose and makes a screech... then last night when i took out a dvd it was still spiing when the disk drive opend and about spun off and choped my neck off.... anything liek this happen to anyones els?

Not yet, but then again I always go back to the dashboard to give the disc time to quit spinning before I hit the eject button.

Similar thing on my PSP, too.

Man, depending on how long you've had it and what the warranty laws are in your country is what you need to find out first. For example what to do about a broken machine differs from the UK to the USA because Europe has a 1 year factory warranty on electronics, where as in the USA it's 90 days same as trash. So tell us what you factory warranty length is and when you bought the system, and we'll be able to help you better.

Man, just let the disc stop spinning BEFORE you hit the eject button and you'll be fine.

You might want to wear a suit of armor, though, just to be safe.
