2nd wave or 3rd wave?
I heard that 1st wave had many problems especially overheating and 3 red lights.
i heard that 2nd wave fixed this problem.
And now I hear that 3rd wave in the first 2 months of 2007 will use 65nm chip instead of 90nm chip which will generate less heat.
What did the do in their 2nd wave to fix overheating problem? did they change the chip just like 3rd wave will do? and if they fixed overheating problem in 2nd wave, why do they fix it again in 3rd wave? it doesn't make sense.
anyway I don't think xbox360 had any good games for the first 1 year since the launch date. but i see some good ones now like Gears of war so i am interested in getting it but i don't know which wave i should get, 2nd or 3rd?

I don't want to wait but if i buy now then it's 2nd wave and it's possible to have 3 red light.

don't i have to pay for warrenty of 2 years?
and what if it breaks after 2 years?
I think waiting for 4 more months for 3rd wave and use it for at least 5 years to 10 years is better. I can also save electrocity so pay less monthly electrocity fee 
and I don't want to send it to MS and wait until they fix it and send it back to me. Shipping will cost, too. |
