travelling with your 360...
ill be coming home from my overseas tour pretty soon and i dont want to wait a month and a half for all my stuff, 360 included, to be delivered. does anyone have any experience packing it up and checking it in for a flight? Or maybe carrying it on the cabin with me? what did u use to cushion it? how did u pack it up...etc.. did anything break or perform differently after you got it back?

put it in a small dufflebag and carry that mug on. not sure if the xray machine will fry it or not though. i wouldnt take the risk. sandwich it in between some pillows and put it in a suitcase.

keep in mind though that they will pass that bitch through the xray machine. you never know if there are any parts in the 360 that may be sensitive to this. also as heavy as it is, i wouldnt be surprised if security thought there could be a bomb inside it.

So apparently x-ray fries every electronical device? lol. no. The x-ray machine will do nothing to it. If it did every ipod would break that went through that thing, you would have heard about it. Bring it with you on the plane, it will be fine.
