dvi to xbox 360

hi

i have ordered a hd ready tv and it has just got a dvi cable slot can i still connect my 360 to it and get hd ready output or do i need to buy a diffrent cable thanks

Try reading the instructions with your xbox 360 or maybe even with the HD-TV itself.

If, for some reason, the instructions don't give any help, ring Microsoft (freephone number)

Why did you buy a DVI TV? It is an old technology, the new form of it is HDMI.

You will need the VGA cable and a VGA to DVI converter (which are only like $5, usually will come with high end video cards).

dvi and hdmi are more or less the same ...... only real difference is that hdmi also carries audio and dvi is video only.
