I bought my premium off ebay at 7am on launch day. The buy it now price was 500, what the hell, whats an extra 100 bucks to have it now. It was at my door the following morning. As the lauch day went on the prices went way way up. I think it was worth every penny of $500.

Bah. I can understand why people do this, it's a very smart thing to do to raise some cash quick, but when you're left without one and really want it then see people just selling them off for profit it gets you pretty mad!
If I had the money to get two I guess I'd do the same though.

If I could get $700 or more on eBay for a Premium Package then I'd definitely sell it in a minute and just force myself to wait.
Hell, if someone paid me $5,000 to never play 360 in my whole life then I'd rather take the cash! Sorry guys. -_-

Afro- Yeah that is the thing. I am sure tons of people would see there Xbox 360 on ebay and make some extra money but the problem with that is people don't want to wait for the next shipment because it is in a while and they still don't have a 100% chance of getting the system because tons more people will still want it and now they will try there hardest to get it because it is there last shippment before christmas.

I purchased 3 systems on launch day. I had a buddy stand in line with me. I got 2 at one store and ran accross the street and was able to get 1 more. I sold one on the 23rd for $1500. I still have the other 2, and will probably sell them a week before Christmas. If I listed mine 8 hours earlier, they were all selling for $1800+ on ebay.
