YES (or) NO is the 360 worth it?
Well since tons and tons of people are reporting that the 360 is messed up and causing house fires do you think it is worth buying?

the 1st xbox caused a house fire. that was the reason for the power cord recall. i havent heard anything other than rumors about the 360 doing things other than freezing in PGR3

House fires? Where did you here that? It might of had some systems with freezing problems. I also had the first xbox with the cord that they recalled and I still used it and didn't have a single problem.
The thing with bad news is that more people hear about that than good news. So don't listen to the haters and whiners and just buy the system you won't be dissapointed.

that is the truth!! listen to the man!!! there was a law suit against M$ as a family's house burnt down and the source of the fire was traced back to the xboxes wires!!

Worth if I don't have to wait in line for hours...

With my first xbox i sent out for the new wire and when i plugged it in it started to spark and smoke so i used my old wire and it worked just fine
