i gt 1 and it suddenly stopped working
my battery is low but da light dont go red or green and it doesnt get charged

i changed rechargeable battery and still doesnt work but when i use batteries it works

shall i phone microsoft and do u think they will replace it ?

I got mine free when I purchased my 360 and it never worked. I took it back and got another one and have had no problems since. Depending where and when you purchased it you may want to do the same.

I am not sure if microsoft will replace it,but if you are going to buy another one,get the i-con rechargable pack.Its half the price compare to the microsoft one,it comes with a nice stand.
I have one for a while now and so far no complains.
