If you read the instruction paper that comes with the coffin box from MS, it says I can call UPS and ask for pick up. It also gave me UPS number.
I called them and asked them for pick up and they said i need to pay 10 bucks.
I said this instruction from a company said they will pay for me and ups lady said "oh~ u must be sending back xbox360, everyone who has xbox360 says the same thing but guess what, MS doesn't know shit, whoever asks for pick up has to pay".
So basically I drove to the UPS and gave it to them. UPS was located 1 min away from my house so....
I don't know if you can just drop it to the post office but i went to UPS like i said.
The estimated time from many people that i heard is 1~2weeks from the moment that u send the system.
by the way, you need to send back the instruction paper with your xbox360 serial number and the service reference number that you get from
calling MS.
I am pretty sure that the MS lady told me to write it on my own sheet of paper, tape it to xbox360 and i need to write reference number on the pre-paid box.
BUT the instruction that i read had spaces that i could write serial and reference number so i wrote it on the paper and put it back in the box with my console and sealed it.
I couldn't find the space to write any number on the pre-paid box unlike what MS lady told me and I already sent it so I have no way to get the box back and see if there was a space that i had to write a number or not. So if you get your system coffin box, could you please tell me if there is a space to write number on the box or not?
