i can honestly see this being ok.
Backups that is, pirating is not cool.
My reason being that of these rumors of the 360 eating games. If you want to back up the games, i think thats fine, especially with those rumors.
Dont steal it.

I have never burned a game before the only game i got "illegaly" was UT because they dont sell it anywhere in my area

360 eating games? never heard that one, and there is no way he can break the security to play a dvd burned game on the xbox....in the fact for a back up game i think that would be alright because you already paid 60usd for a game!
