Hi! New here. I looked at my box and the date is 11/8/2005. Bought it on Dec 26th. Seems like such a long lead time from ODM to retailer. Funny story on how I got mine. Was at Target the day after Christmas to buy a PS2 game. Asked the dude at the counter when they may have more shipment of XBOX 360 just for heck of it. His reply was don't know but I have some right now if you are interested. I bought it. They had it sitting in the glass shelf the whole time and no one thought to look. Anyway, once people saw me paying for it, they all wanted one. There was 4 in the store and it was all gone.
Was not thinking of getting one and wanted to wait and see how it compares to the PS3. Since they had and I was there....
Glad I got it though. I bought Call of Duty and man, I was blown away.
