Question: Where is download link for "Windows Media Center" so I can stream videos and can I have videos on my computer saved on my 360?

depending on which version of windows you have (vista64 ultimate here) just press -

and it will launch media centre.

Q: I run a 3rd party firewall program or I stream my media through a router. Which ports do I need to open in my firewall?
A: The following ports need to be open, in both TCP and UDP:
1900, 3390, 3776, 3932, 5555, 7777.
These will cover both Media Center and standard streaming through Windows Media Player 11.

How do i open those ports on my firewall?

To be taken orally twice a day with water!
This this is my story.....
What I want to do is connect my pc to my xbox, my pc is in the dining room and my xbox is in the living room next to my router (zyxel p-660hw) and they are wired together (via Ethernet cable) and my pc is connected wirelessly.
I've been trying to connect the xbox and the pc but no luck, I was expecting the xbox to communicate with the pc through the router .
So my question is........ although my xbox is wired to my router via Ethernet cable to connect to Live do I have to have a 360 Wireless Networking Adapter for my xbox to connect to my pc? Or should it connect to my pc through my router.
I have wmp 11 and zune running on my pc and with the share media box's checked and both programme's detect my xbox elite.
As for Orb I've yet to try it out, but I'll give it a go.
Running on XP home.
Confused? I am!
Nice one,
Bucky.

Hey. Just set up streaming using Orb. Works fine so far, only took a minute or so to buffer prison break etc. However, having problems when i try to skip forward / fast forward - the streaming just seems to freeze. I've left it for 15mins+ with no luck. Any ideas?
