I took my 360 to a friend's house and we couldn't both be on xbox live at the same time, only 1 xbox was allowed.

OK, we sorted this out in a thread a few months back.
There are a select few routers that will allow multiple consoles. They have to be proper UPnP routers that fully support the protocol. Some routers claim to support it, but don't support it properly.
The other option is to fork out an extra couple of hundred dollars and get a router with an actual DMZ physical port. Hook a switch up to that port and any 360 plugged into that switch will be outside the firewall.

You can actually do it with some Linksys routers when you reflash them to be decent Ciscos. But you need to know how to operate a fuly-blown Cisco router to be able to do it.

Well, I went and bought a WRT54G Linksys router. It worked out of the box. It allowed all 3 Xboxs to get OPEN nat.
However, the POS had antennas that were NOT removeable. So I had these wonderful antennas I bought to boost the signal and was unable to use them. So I took the damn thing back.
The WRT54G v8 is the only one that has this stupid problem. Version 7 and pre - have detachable antennas.
I also beleive the WRT54GL has detachable antennas and if so, I will be picking it up instead.
So in conclusion, the list that shows compatible routers - also means that they support MULTIPLE Xboxs even though they don't state it as such. It would be helpful if they said that firmware versions 3.XX - 8.XX are compatible instead of just saying firmware version 3.XX-3.3.XX.
Anways, good to go! Thanks for all the help guys.

I am having the same problem.
Two xbox 360's, my Xbox has Open NAT settings, but I don't even have port forwarding on, yet my brothers is moderate.
When I port forward, mine stays open, his goes strict, anyone know?
I have a wireless Netgear DG834G router.

You guys are so dumb it amazes me.

When I go to a public bathroom I always have a feeling those sensors in the stall (which make the toilet flush automatically) are actually cameras watching my penis.
