hey m having a problem with my console.WHenever i insert a game into my 360 console it says that pls insert this disk in xbox 360 console. and when i enter a dvd it plays it properly. Could u please temme wut the problem is ?

Make sure the disc is clean and try again. I've had this problem before but it's nothing that a good buffering can't fix.

hey thanx. i checked that also. I tried 2 other brand new games. and i really dunno wut the problem.
should i reset the xbox ? and if yes how do i do it ?

I think you might have to send it in for repairs.

mine did that, 2 days later it stopped reading discs completely. 1 day after that it got the rings of death. send it back if you can
