How to disable automatic power off of wireless controller?
Is there a way to turn off the automatic power off of the wireless controller?
I have problem with Forza Motorsport 2 when I use a pilot to run an endurance...
The endurance last for about 1 hour (without user intervention) so the wireless automatically power off after about 15 minutes.
I didn't find a way to disable this behavior or at least to augment the delay.
Thank you in advance for your help
Carlo

Just a little thought but cant you turn the controller upside down with thumbsticks on floor, as maybe the vibration from the rumble will move thumbsticks enough to keep it turned on

Invest in a play and charge kit. Plug in the kit when you do the endurance races and your controllers won't shut off.
I tried using a rubber band and pulling the 2 sticks towards each other...but that didn't work.

So you can't run the test without buying the kit ?

hi,
nice shot Paul6230!! Too bad that in automatic player mode the wireless controller didn't vibrate!!!
I'll investigate further if there's some way out...if not I'll buy a recharge kit (I dind't need it because I have enough rechargable batteries!)
Strange that there's no option for setting the timeout!!! If any MS reads here please take a note for future versions...
One thing I'm trying to do is to found something that will tap on the controller once in a while.....Robotics studio?!? Sure it's much more difficult and expensive than a recharge kit.

Are you sick of kids on Forza, racing round the wrong way?
Do you dream of a proper challange with decent guys?
