trading xboxes please help.

for the last 2 months my friend has been letting me borrow his 360 to convince me to get my own. well now im convinced but the only problem is that all my save files are on his 360. i was smart enough to buy my own live account and play all my games on my account but i still am uncertain about a few things.

a) can i transfer my live account from his 360 to a new 360?

b) can i transfer my saved games (still on my live account) from his 360 to mine maybe via memory card or something?

c) my girlfriend started an oblivion character on his account by accident. is there anyway to get that character onto my account / onto a new 360 on my account?

please help, this is going to influence my opinion to buy one for myself or to beat all my games first then return it back to my friend.

a) Yes. You delete your account on his 360, and go to 'retrieve my gamertag' on the new 360. Your gamertag and live subscription are stored on the MS Live servers so it can be downloaded easily.

b) Yes - you need to use a 360 memory card to transfer the game saves.

c) You may be able to save it onto the memory card (the game save that is). Im assuming thats where the character details will be stored. Although Im unsure as I didnt play this game.
