Just ring M$ up and give the console seriel number its on the back of the 360.

not so true i was OUT of warranty and didn't have to pay for mine it just depends on what service rep you talk to lol and your attitude toward these people i mean lol

WTF? if you have no warrenty they aint gonna fix it for free ARE THEY? and were in the uk i rang up 3 times and every time it is £90 you came into my thread and started saying all this bull NO WARRENTY = NO FREE FIX unless you have the 3red rings they gave a extra 3 year on that but yours is E74 1 red. Thet have rules if you talk to a diff rep the rules wont change.

i thought so the same thing the first time i contacted Microsoft about the problem they said i would have to pay between $90-100.00 US but then when i get home and is able to give them my credit card info the tech rep said i didn't have to pay for anything when i asked him if i had to pay witch i ain't complaining though.I Mean if i hadn't been at home when i called the first time i probably would have had to pay but since i wasn't at home i didn't see i didn't have my credit card with me that day and decided to wait till i got home from work and then when i get home from work i called and they told me i didn't have to pay for anything so thats just my story
