Ok so i get a rma for service under the 3 year warranty extension, i send it of and have it back within two weeks. I open (my console i sent in was returned) it connect everything and bam same problem. I called support and they said that the description i gave the tech was " black screen/No video" WTF i really feel like taking my 45acp. to this pile of junk. To make it worse the guy last night promised next day shipping and they provided a ground tracking number. If you have to call for support make sure you call 866-506-3826 they are in the united states. the 4my xbox number is routed to 5 diff countries and is not wort the papar i wipe with.
