help please
ive been looking for awhile but i cant find where i can stop microsoft from charging my card every month for xbl. if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great. thanks

Buy the yearly subscribtion lol. It's better value.

Otherwise, just cancel your subscribtion BEFORE it runs out, then they won't renew it.

Phone your card company. Im pretty sure its a direct debit type thing so they will be able to do it for you.

phone microsoft and tell them you want to cancel whatever subscription you've got with them. thats what i did & they stopped billing me.

they did that to me to....im pretty sure i called 1-800-4my-xbox and then u have to listen to the automated voice but u'll eventually get to sumbody.
