Console died after 2 and a bit years. Firstly, that is pathetic in itself- £150 quid per year is not a good investment. So I call up and I'm assured that getting the shipping labels e-mailed to me is the best thing

- I ask my friends, who did it online, and they had a box sent to them and had nothing to worry about. So I call back and ask for this, I'm told it doesn't happen and that I will have new labels e-mailed to me. All I have to do is get a box, bubblewrap and call UPS

This is not the way to treat customers- the fuck up is Microsoft's and Microsoft's only, they rushed the job to get their hands on our cash so they should pick up the pieces when it all falls apart.
They should organise packaging
and
They should organise shipping.
Bottom line is, however,
they should build a stable console. Bastards.
