Second Hand 360?
Hey guys, soon I'll be trading in my Nintendo Wii for an Xbox 360 but I have one concern, if the console breaks down, will I be able to send it back to microsoft with no hassle? I don't want to trade it then the console breaks down and microsoft say no!

Yes, even if you aren't under warranty, you can send it back. Under warranty, you pay nothing, but if you aren't, you have to pay for the repairs.

Thumbs up Xbox 360 repair costs
In an ad I saw in the classifieds it said the repairs for most problems ( red rings of death, uplayable disc error) were between $40 and $50. Some ads were guaranteed some weren't , this is in canada.

If you get E74 the warrenty is only for a year and cost me £60 to repair but the RROD has a warrenty upto 3 years.

RROD is free for any console, as long as it has the MS Sticker on it.

Microsoft repairs are generally about USD$100. Not sure what it would be for UK residents.
