XBox Wireless Racing Wheel & NTSC/PAL

I happen to be in France these days and I have the opportunity to buy the Racing Wheel here. My XBox 360 was bought in the USA, and I don't know if the same NTSC/PAL issue holds for accessories.

I mean, I can buy a French Racing Wheel and connect it to the USA Xbox? (of course I know that I'll have to take into account the 110V/220V issue).

Thanks.

Power Issue

Most of the time I'm using the XBox in a 220V country, so for me it's better to have a 220V power supply. That's the reason why I want to buy a 220V racing wheel..!

Thanks for your help!
