Is my 360 dying

I noticed yesterday it was freezing when i was playing Ninja Gaiden. When i was playing today it done the same thing. I then got 4 red rings on the console, which apparently means the conection to the tv is out or something. I fixed that problem and i went to play the game again and it froze on games loading screen. I reset the console again and then it got 3 red rings

Now the red rings are gone but it wont get passed the screen where the stupid xbox logo goes agross the screen. Is it dead?

yes it is, its the last phase before it will die completly and you wont even see the intro anymore just the RROD. Sorry man, hope you have warranty for it.

Yeah i will have to check. Im sure its still under it. I don't think iv had it for a year yet.

Ok cool thanks mate. I will have to see what i can do. I turned it on not long ago and it was working but then it froze again. I haven't have the 3ROD again though.

yeah thast normal, i bought an xbox 360 from ebay with RROD (coz i know how to repair it) and when it came it actually worked for 5 minutes, then strated freezing, didnt get pass the intro screen, the after like 3 restarts it got the RROD . When I let ti cool for 10 minutes it again worked for some short time and then got the RROD again and so on until it stopped booting and just stayed with the RROD. Of course i repaired it and it works fine now

So dont hope too much, its going to get the RROD again shortly.

My 360 freezes on Ninja gaiden 2 at the same point everytime (the intro to the first chapter) everyother game works fine, try a different game and see if it works then.

Just remember mate, to take it back to the store where you bought it if its under a year old. Its just so much easier tbh. If its older than a year then obviously you will need to phone M$.
If fact if i was you i would take it back to the store now & just tell them its freezing all the time, Again remember whatever you do Take the HDD off before you give/send your console away!!!

Yeah its still under a year. i just checked. Im going down the the store tommorow. They said they will send it off to microsoft. But seeing its still under there store warrenty im more then entitled to get a new one straight away arnt i.
