OK well if you are in know, you can get your GPU BGA reflowed or reballed.
But if you don't know what you are doing, send it to Microsoft.

Over heating....RRoD???
so is there anything i can do? or do i have to send it out and wait like 2 months for a reply something along the lines of "theres nothing we can do. you need to buy a new one" ??
