okay so i had to send my second xbox 360 in for repair and hell that's the easiest 10 minutes ive ever had to deal with them yet and the nice thing both of my repairs have had NO COST TO ME WHAT SOEVER. I say go to hell to those that have horror stories about there customer service experience ;hell ive had to send mine in twice not at no charge and hell even the rep was friendly as could be
