as did mine....if it's telling you there a connection problem, it's probably right. are you using a wireless connection? try plugging your xbox into your modem and see if it allows you to update. i've had this issue on my ps3 before where when i try to update using the wireless i'm not able to install, it just errors out...but once i plug it in it works just fine
