Media Center on Xbox360 freezes on 'Contacting' screen

I just bought an Xbox a few days ago and I'm trying to hook it up to my Media Center computer. It has the latest version, I downloaded and followed everything on the xbox.com/pcsetup site. And when I do a connection test on my Xbox. Test Xbox LIVE, PC Connection and Windows Media Center all come up with successful tests.

I have wired connection directly to my newly bought Linksys router. LinkSys Easy Link Advisor even shows there's a gaming console connected to my router. I can also listen to Music through the Music Library function.

But every time I go to start the Media Center program on the Xbox, it just shows the Media Center logo and says 'Contacting' on the bottom, then just freezes (I can tell it freezing from the bottom dots not moving anymore)

Anyone have any ideas?
