Unhappy Downloads DO NOT WORK!!
Basically My console red ringed awhile back... I Kept my Hardrive shipped my old Xbox to Microsoft, they sent me a new one after about a month. So im all happy with my new console.. i put my harddrive in turn on my xbox, and luckily for me MY DOWNLOADS DON'T WORK......

In Rockband for example im not able to play my downloaded songs. In Halo 3 my maps that i have payed for and downloaded are not there to even access. There still on my console but not able to be used. So i figure i should redownload all the files. To my distaste nothing cahnged still unable to access them...

Anywho so if somone could get back to me on this that would be great... Thx

Unfortunatly it does not... Quick question do i have to delete the existing files then redownload them?

Yes, after you have transferred the licences you have to delete everything and re-download it.
