performance issues on gta

hi everybody i got some performance issues on gta iv with xbox 360
i have extreme low framerates its gonnna lag as hell offline as well online
its like 20 fps when actions comes or anything its not playable i already copyed it too my harddisk but problems not solved any idea ?

Try getting a new disk,or your CPU might be bugged.

No other game slows down for you?
try clearing your memory cache.

Go to the system blade and then memory. Press Y on either the HDD or a MU and then press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X. Once you do this a blade will pop up saying: This will perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices. Do you want to continue? Select yes

Despite the new 360 interface, the same still applies. Just select the applicable menu options...

if that doesnt work, try removing the game from your HDD, and running the game off a new disk... friends, trade-in, new purchase, etc

Well is your console flashed and your using a backup copy of GTA IV?

GTA has always had problems with low frame rate when anything happends, gotta had it to rockstar for doing such a great job to fix that from GTA 3
