I'm having trouble with my Xbox Live Marketplace and I've had my Xbox for 1 year and a half so, no I know how to use it. My Live account works flawlessly but the marketplace isn't. Every time i try to select a game in the lists, the little loading Xbox with the rings going into it comes up and it sticks there. Does anyone know the cause of this problem or, even better, does anyone know how to fix it.

Have no fear then its a problem between Sky BB and MS. I'm not sure exactly why but there have been a few threads on xbox site about it.

For some reason conecting to Market Place and official xbox site is really slow. It can take 10 minutes or so just to open for example. No other broadband users other than sky are effected.

It did start to work last night for a few hours but then this morning its gone real slow again.

I know AceyBongos posted on xbox forums saying they are aware of it and they are looking to get it fixed soon.

No official word has been said but it might be something to do with the new Sky player coming to Xbox. It only started happening Tuesday. So just sit tight but it could be after the update has been made on Tuesday before its all good again.

Quick way to check is go to xbox site if it doesn't load in like seconds thats your problem

Maybe the maintainence on Tuesday will fix this problem ???

Not sure but hopefully so. Keep trying as i said it did start working last night for a little while so might work again later.
