Smile Faulty Xbox disc drive

How do! I started this thread just to see if anyone else has this problem. My disc drive for my xbox 360 has just recently stopped reading my games within about 20 minutes of gameplay, even games installed to my hard drive. It started a while back whilst playing dvds. My Xbox would freeze and say "attempting to read media" with no avail. My games on the other hand would play fine. Now though, even my games are not working! SHIT! I cant send my Xbox to Microsoft as I have already had the X-clamp fix on the console and so is void of warrenty (Damn you Microsoft for rushing the release... but I still love you) . Just need a bit of advice on what to do. Either attempt a disc cleaner, which I have checked out, but it seems there are mixed reviews due to the type of disc drive you have as some have more than one laser?!? Or just replace the whole disc drive. If you good people reccommend the latter, then which drive is the best? I've heard of people vaccuuming the xbox draw, but that seems some what inbred. Any help would be awesome as I am getting a bit tired of XBLA games at the moment, although Rocket Riot is mint!!! Cheers, ZOMBUX

Here is the drive from ebay. This would probably be the easiest way. You'll just have to switch the pcb's on the two drives since ms pairs each dvd drive with the motherboard.
