I wouldn't trust myself doing this considering when i tried changing the ring of light LEDS in my controller I came very very close to killing my xbox controller...

SIDE note: make sure ur 360 is no where near any speakers. it WILL fry your RAM. (magnets = bad)

Just go to walmart and switch out the insides and take it back that way u get a new one but u dont pay for it
