All brilliant games, all over-rated.
Cod4 is interesting. Personally I enjoy halo 3 more but I feel that CoD delivered on its promises made by hype, while those other games did not.

GTA IV is definently the most over rated game imo, I would have given it a 9.6 or so. Other than that, I'd also say CoD4 (just don't see whats sooo great about this game).

COD4 was over rated...even tough i <3 it  .
Also R6V:2 was  it was just an extension of the 1st

The graphics are great especially for this big of a game. I have no idea what you're talking about when you say the acting sucks, I think it's some of the best acting of any game. |

Don't you ever say anything negative about GTA again. But I do have to say it should not be a 10 because it does have a few little faults not big but a game that has any faults should not get a 10 cause ain't a 10 meant to represent perfection?

Halo 3. That's all I know right now.
As for underrated? Rockstar Table Tennis, Hot Wheels: Beat That!, and Bomberman: Act Zero by a long shot - especially that Bomberman game.
Yeah it's got it's camera faults and the fact you have to restart from the beginning no matter what if you die...still I like it.
