Arrow Dev Kits
Hey I have seen some sweet mods on youtube using dev kits, I can mod halo 3 map varients (hex modding and all that shizzle) but I really want to do more and dev kits seem to be the only way forward, were can i get one of those 360's and the programs to use it, also forums with tuts
