problem with xbox 360 controller mod

ive watched a bunch of videos on youtube 4 the rapid fire controller mod and ive tried it a few ways and it works but it dont shoot fast like it should. the controller looks just like the 1s in the videos and is wireless, but i dont understand why it dont shoot as fast as it should.
Does any know why?

what game did u try this with?...cod4 has a patch so that you cant use modded controllers anymore
