I believe there is one in the front of the DVD drive after you take the case apart. Its much easier to remove than the first one.

take out your mods, send it in, with the sticker intact and for the fact that it has rrod, they'll look at the outside warranty sticker and ship you another unit, so if the find out or not you should already have the new unit

have you tried using your warranty after "modding" your console LOL?

Yea, Lethal there is a second one like you mentioned in front of the DVD drive. (I've only opened a 360 one time to fix it, but I do remember that being there! haha)

Well my mods prevent any kind of 3ROD so no I have never needed to send the console in. My buddy killed his when trying to solder his lights on and he was able to get M$ to send him a refurbished one.
