No, chances are most people wouldn't find out. The death cams glitch all the time. And even if they did get reported, Microsoft still couldn't do anything about it.

Buy the kit on ebay, its about 30 bucks. Pretty easy to install.

true. i hate the death cam. i shoot some guy like 3 times and it says i only hit him once.

it aint hard to do...just have to be patient and pay attention to what the hell you are doing...if you are an experienced modder it shouldn't be anything at all for you to do...
and on the note of it being cheating if used on live...I don't think so...depends on your skill level...my skill level = sucks ass....do I use mine on Live...I have but found that it gets in the way...cause I aint to fond of using single shot weapons...then all my ammo is gone real quick...so I typically don't use mine online....only thing I feel that it's useful for is using the pistols....ats about it...and usually only use my pistol if I'm out of ammo with my primary....
