Oh I would say about 3-4hrs cutting. 1hr sanding. 1hr to install the lights and fans. Painting takes the most time. Couple coats of paint and then a couple coats of clear takes 48hrs before its done and dry. Then a couple hours of testing the console to make sure its stable.

Grrrrrr! I was about to do a nice update today with some more pictures but my daughter knocked my camera off the table and it broke. I had it in the garage where I was working on the case. I will pick up a new camera tomorrow or saturday so I will update then. The entire job is about 70% done right now.
