pc fans on 360 elite?

how would i come around doing this...i have some pc fans already just need some advice how to hook them up(pics would be helpful)

Soldering Iron + Dremel to cut holes for fans.... where do you want to put the fans though?

i want to put one right above the power button where that one heat sick is...I have 5 soldering irons and a Dremel 400XPR

Do you have an self sufficiance? No offense, but all it takes is this. Cut out a circle in the location of you liking. Attach the fan there in some fashion, glue, screws, w/e

Run the wires into the console to a voltage source and solder a little and you good...not brain surgery.

The only advice I can give is this. You can install a fan header to make your install go a little smoother.

You can instead of hooking the fan up to 12v, you can 9v the fans, 7v, and 5v the fan/s if you don't want it going full throttle all the time.

You can add a switch, to alternate the fan between 2 different voltages.

It isn't complicated really.

OK knock yourself out...although it is quite large and probably will end up blowing some air on the DVD drive or the air duct. Just use a 80mm or 92 or something like that, measure the Xbox first, a 120mm is too big (it will still work just not all of the air will go where you want)
